D12 - Multiple Entry Pre-Investment Visa

For individuals planning to start a business in Indonesia. Allows you to conduct a study of your business plan, market research, or negotiations with business partners. Each entry allows a stay of up to 180 days.

Lenght of stay

• 180 days on each entry

• After 180 days have to leave Indonesia but can re-enter with same visa

• You can also 1x extend for extra 180 days up to maximum 360 days

Processing time

• Standard process is 14 working days

• On weekends and public holidays visa system is off​

• Once visa is processed, you have 90 days to enter Indonesia

​This visa allows you

• Conduct activities related to starting a business, including field surveys and/or feasibility studies

• Conducting activities related to tourism, visiting friends or family, and transit

• Re-enter Indonesia with same visa

​

This visa NOT allows you

• Stay in Indonesia after expiration date

• Carrying out any profit-making activities in any form

Document required

• Passport valid minimum 1 or 2 years, depends on type of visa

• Recent colour photograph (can be selfie)

• Personal bank statement from last 3 months (showing name, date and balance)

• Curriculum Vitae

• Travel itinerary

• IDR 11.000.000 for 2 years visa
