C10 - Single Entry Event Visa

For individuals invited as active participants in lectures, conferences, meetings, or exhibitions held in Indonesia. Allows a stay of 60 days with the option to extend twice, each time for 60 days, up to a maximum of 180 days.

  • 60 days + possible 2x extension up to maximum 180 days

Processing time

  • Standard process is 10 working days

  • On weekends and public holidays visa system is off​

  • Once visa is processed, you have 90 days to enter Indonesia

​

​This visa allows you​​

  • Participate in speaking engagements, lectures, presentations, or activities as a public figure (without entering an employment relationship in Indonesia)

  • Conducting activities related to tourism, visiting friends or family, and transit

​

This visa NOT allows you

  • Stay in Indonesia after expiration date

  • Carrying out any profit-making activities in any form

  • Re-enter Indonesia (need new visa)

Document required

  • Passport valid minimum 6 months from date of entry

  • Recent colour photograph (can be selfie)

  • Personal bank statement from last 3 months (showing name, date and balance)

  • Invitational letter from person or company responsible for event
